- How long does it take to receive the order?
If you place the order before 12:00 in the morning and we have stock, you will receive it 24 hours after having placed the order. Otherwise, it will be 48 working hours until you receive the order at the shipping address.
- Where I can get my order?
For the moment you can receive it at any address you indicate within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

It has 2 years warranty. If the glasses are of the brands Nia Nia, Venus, SXT ... the guarantee will be managed directly from the head office, and if it is of other brands, it will be managed in the stores closest to your home or directly with the brand. Always supported by our customer service. It is important that you keep the invoice that arrives with your order in order to make the guarantee effective.

Of course! We have a return policy of 14 days. The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered to you. The refund of the amount will be made through the same way in which you made the initial payment. The shipping costs of the return package are borne by the customer.
