Package shipping
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through Correos Express with tracking number and delivery without signature. Whatever form of shipping you choose, we can provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Your articles will be well protected.
RETURNS
Any return must be accepted by Soloptical Online that will give you a return code that will be visible in the package you send us (any shipment without a return code will not be collected at this company, returning to its origin).
To request the return of a product, you must send an email to online@soloptical.com with the reasons for the return.
1 Legal right to desist from the purchase
In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are hiring as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract, at any time within a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
2 Common provisions
You will not have the right to cancel the Contract whose purpose is the supply of any of the following products:
Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned under the same conditions in which you received them. Please return the item using or including its original packaging.
It must also include all the instructions, documents and packaging of the products. In any case, you must deliver along with the product to return the ticket you received at the time of delivery of the product duly completed.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the products while they are in your possession.
3 Returns of defective products
In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately indicating the product data as well as the damage suffered.
We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if the return or replacement of the product is appropriate.
The return or replacement of the article will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item proceeds.
The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
In deference to our clients we can manage the guarantees of the products acquired in our online store from any Soloptical perspective. But we will not accept in optics any refund or exchange. The rights recognized by current legislation are safe.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the object of the Contract and supersede any other agreement, agreement or prior promise agreed between you and us verbally or by written.
You and we acknowledge having consented to the execution of the Contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations conducted by the two before said Contract, except that which is expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
Neither you nor we will have any action against any uncertain statement made by the other party, oral or written, prior to the date of the Contract (unless that fraudulently made uncertain statement was made) and the only action available to the another part will be for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
