If you place your order before 12:00 in the morning and we have stock, you will receive it 24 hours after placing the order. Otherwise, it will take 48 working hours until you receive the order at the shipping address.
Where I can get my order?
At the moment you can receive it at any address you indicate within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are €4.
Are the frames original?
All our products are 100% original. You will receive your order in the same packaging as if you bought it in one of our opticians.
What is caliber?
It is the diameter of the lens in mm, it is like the size of the glasses.
What are polarized crystals?
They are crystals with a special treatment that reduces the glare and flashes typical of different reflections.
Can I buy non-prescription glasses?
Yes, currently all the frames we sell are non-prescription. You can get them prescription at your nearest Soloptical or use them as a fashion accessory.
What warranty do the glasses have? How is it managed?
There is a 2-year warranty. If the glasses are from the brands Nia Nia, Venus, SXT... the warranty will be managed directly from the central office, and if they are from other brands it will be managed in the stores closest to your home or directly with the brand. Always supported by our customer service. It is important that you keep the invoice that you receive with your order in order to be able to make the warranty effective.

How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our headquarters, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the Sending link to track it.
Can I return my order?
Of course! We have a 14-day return policy. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you. The refund will be made through the same means you used to make the initial payment. Shipping costs for the return package are the responsibility of the customer.
