1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase

Pursuant to applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract at any time within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify FUENTES VISION SL, by filling out the following form, of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Common provisions

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract whose object is the supply of any of the following products:

Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please return the item using or including its original packaging.

You must also include all instructions, documents and packaging for the products. In any case, you must submit the receipt you received at the time of delivery of the product, duly completed, together with the product to be returned.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond just opening it or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

 

 

3. Returns of defective products

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately indicating the details of the product as well as the damage it has suffered.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether the product should be returned or replaced.

The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product. 

Amounts paid for products that are returned due to a defect or fault, when this actually exists, will be fully refunded, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase and to the same bank account.

As a courtesy to our customers, we can manage the guarantees of the products purchased in our online store from any Soloptical optician. The rights recognized by current legislation are safeguarded.

 

COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Conditions and any documents expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of the Contract and supersede any previous agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us, whether oral or in writing.

You and we acknowledge that we have agreed to enter into the Contract without relying on any representation or promise made by the other party or which might be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations between us prior to this Contract, except as expressly mentioned in these Conditions.

Neither you nor we will have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other party, whether oral or in writing, prior to the date of the Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy will be for breach of contract as provided in these Conditions.

 

WAY TO PAY

You can make the payment using the following methods:

Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, PayPal and Sequra.  This is the most widely used payment method in Europe for online shopping. It is safe, simple, fast and convenient.

 

WARRANTY

In the case of defective products, we inform you that, according to current regulations, FUENTES VISION, SL must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for you. FUENTES VISION, SL is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of THREE (3) years from delivery.

Unless proven otherwise, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within TWO (2) years after delivery of the product already existed when it was delivered. The consumer and end user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity as soon as possible from the moment of detection. Failure to comply with this period shall not entail the loss of the right to the corresponding remedy, although the consumer shall be liable for any damages or losses actually caused by the delay in communication and due to the continued use of the product by the consumer once the lack of conformity has been detected.
