Delivery will take between 1–3 working days (except for toric or multifocal contact lenses, which take 3–5 working days) for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon (CET).
Orders where items are out of stock may be delayed by up to 7 days. If orders are placed after 12 noon (CET), at weekends or on public holidays, delivery may be delayed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling costs are a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. Your items will be well protected.
The return period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

*Returns:
Pursuant to applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
There is no right of withdrawal for products made according to the consumer's specifications, or completely personalized, such as contact lenses or prescription glasses. Returns are also not accepted for products that have been unsealed for hygiene or safety reasons, such as contact lenses or maintenance liquids.
You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract whose object is the supply of any of the following products:
Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please return the item using or including its original packaging.
You must also include all instructions, documents and product packaging. In any case, you must submit the receipt you received when the product was delivered along with the product to be returned.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond just opening it or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately indicating the details of the product as well as the damage it has suffered.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether the product should be returned or replaced.
The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.
Amounts paid for products that are returned due to a defect or fault, when this actually exists, will be fully refunded, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
The rights recognized by current legislation are safeguarded.
These Conditions and any documents expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of the Contract and supersede any previous agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us, whether oral or in writing.
You and we acknowledge that we have agreed to enter into the Contract without relying on any representation or promise made by the other party or which might be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations between us prior to this Contract, except as expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
Neither you nor we will have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other party, whether oral or in writing, prior to the date of the Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy will be for breach of contract as provided in these Conditions.

Sunglasses have a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
